We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. This includes orders placed incorrectly, by mistake or customer remorse will need to be returned to the Company on the Customer’s own account. No refunds will be made until the Goods are returned.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at info@instawags.co.za.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. A 2% transaction fee will be levied and taken into account when refunds are made. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@instawags.co.za.

Warranty

Our products are covered by a 6 month limited warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers only defects in workmanship and materials. It does not apply to products which have been damaged due to unreasonable use or by intention nor does it cover dissatisfaction with the product. Please contact us via phone or email before products are exchanged or returned. We will help troubleshoot the problem to avoid unnecessary returns.
